Affiliation / Franchisee
Grant of permission for conducting regular training classes under the Central Council of Paramedical.
Requirements for Affiliation
- Application must be submitted by the Head of Institution / Society Chairman.
- Inspection, Registration & Affiliation fees must be paid as per CCP norms.
- Institute must run for education & research, not for commercial purpose.
- Details of building ownership/rental agreement must be provided.
- Complete list of teachers, staff & available lab facilities.
- Infrastructure photos, classroom details & building layout must be submitted.
Affiliation Procedure
- Submit the prescribed application form with all required documents.
- CCP will appoint an inspection team for physical verification.
- Inspection report will decide approval status.
- Affiliation may be permanent or temporary.
- Renewal/extension is based on inspection team recommendation.
Affiliation Charges
- Registration Fee: ₹10,000
- Inspection Fee: ₹25,000 (up to 150 km) + ₹10/km beyond
- Affiliation Fee: ₹2,05,000 (100 seats per course)
- Application Form: ₹1000 (₹1150 by post)
- All fees payable in favour of CCAM ACADEMY
- Fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
